Client is looking for a Maintenance Leader with experience in machine maintenance and keeping production operations going. We fabricate one-of-a-kind architectural wood ceilings. Our ceilings have been installed everywhere from universities, schools, auditoriums and hospitals to funky offices all over North America.Strong demand means we require an enthusiastic Millwright/Facilities Supervisor to join our team.

About the role:

This will be a salary role running our facilities team and leading efforts to ensure production equipment is operational with a team of four individuals. This person will also assist in our automation growth.

Automation experience is highly desired.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Supervise the facilities team
• Support total productive maintenance implementation
• Maintain equipment and facilities

Skills And Experience Needed

• At least 5 years experience in maintenance
• At least 5 years experience in manufacturing machinery maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Manufacturing maintenance: 5 years (Required)
